The nation's first African American Attorney General, Eric Holder, recently said that "average Americans simply do not talk enough with each other about race" and that we remain "a nation of cowards." But many would argue that since Barack Obama's victory, and throughout his campaign, the conversation has changed. Manning Marable, JLove Calderon and others discuss the issue of race in America today.
