Lieberman Must Go, Once and For All

Brave New Films makes a case for the expulsion of Senator Joseph Lieberman from the Democratic caucus in their new video, Joe Lieberman Must Go. When Lieberman ran for re-election of his Senate seat in 2006, he lost the Democratic primary to Ned Lamont. Lieberman subsequently won the general election as an independent, but in recent months, has aligned himself increasingly with the Republican party. The Connecticut senator appeared at the Republican National Convention in September, has alluded to ties between Barack Obama and "domestic terrorist" Bill Ayers, has sung the praises of Republican candidate for president John McCain, and even lent credence to the rumor that Hamas had endorsed Obama. Tell us what you think should be done by voting in our Nation Poll.
