When people hear of two Americas, they usually think of economic inequality. But now Sarah Palin, Nancy Pfotenhauer, and Michele Bachmann have espoused a new way of dividing an already ideologically divided nation: There are "pro-" or "real" American areas and "anti-" or fake American areas. On Monday night, The Daily Show's Jon Stewart quipped that big cities like Washington DC and New York must be the capitals of fake America..."the ground zero" of "anti-America." "I guess Bin Laden feels like a real a--hole," he continued.
