Ramón Sánchez-Parodi

Ramón Sánchez-Parodi served as Cuba's first chief of the Cuban Interest Section between 1977 and 1989; he then served as deputy foreign minister and as ambassador to Brazil. He is now chief of the Department of International Relations at Cuba's Customs Agency. He expresses his opinions here in a nonofficial capacity.
