  • McCain and Palin aren’t going to ban abortions. There… I said it!

I wish that I could be terrified that the Republicans are coming! What will happen to our beloved abortion option? “Panic, fear, terror”--all these words are used to describe the McCain Palin ticket because they are supposed to want to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Am I the only liberal who is going to call their bluff? Bush, the right-est right winger ever didn’t do it. Why should McCain and Palin? At this point I just don’t buy it. I think that McCain and Palin know that sounding off loudly against abortion equals votes. They also know that when and if reelection comes around, they want to get re-elected. So they aren’t going to alienate voters by banning abortions. They are just gonna keep saying how much they hate it, but all it is is a bluff.
