  • Didn't Michelle Obama spend a number of years as a corporate lawyer as well? Does having been a corporate lawyer necessarily disqualify one for public service (later on)?

  • Mr. Sheer is exactly correct. Ms. Clinton's Senate voting record and political tactics are indistinguishable from her Republican colleages'. Her relentless support of the Iraq war, her votes to extend the war to Iran and to undermine civil and human rights, not to mention her proposals to impoverish uninsured Americans by requiring them to purchase useless and unwanted "health insurance" against their will, are typical of her betrayal of the needs and interests of ordinary Americans and traditional Democratic values. A vote for Ms. Clinton is a vote for Business As Usual.
