The article focuses on a lawsuit which has been filed against the private North Carolina based security firm Blackwater USA by the families of four men killed in Fallujah, Iraq. The story of one of the men killed, Scott Helvenston, is reported in detail. Actions taken by Blackwater USA which endangered their employees for the sake of their profit margins are discussed. U.S. President George W. Bush has said that he delegates decisions on private security companies to Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
