The article provides the principal points of the economic programme promulgated by the Confederation Generale de Travail, as translated from "l'Humanité," for July 23, 1919 issue. The points include the demands that the economic policy of the company be inspired by the principles of the Society of Nations. The National Committee of the Federation considers that the denial of these principles and of this truth leads to the reestablishment of ancient economic rivalries; that is to say, to economic war, the inevitable engine of military conflagration is essential.
